  • Soya chunks 250g

You need to immerse it in warm water for about 5 minutes, make sure you drain the water, cool it down and mash it.

  • Mashed boiled potatoes              200g
  • Finely chopped spinach              ½ cup
  • Finely chopped coriander            1 tsp
  • Chopped green chilies                3
  • Ginger garlic paste                     ½ tsp
  • Cumin powder                           1 tsp
  • Coriander powder                       1 tsp
  • Salt                                         To taste

  • Put olive oil on fry pan 2tsp

Take some semolina and coat the cutlets with semolina, Place the cutlets with cutlets in a frying pan and fry for 5-8 minutes for both sides.
